Shipping & Handling

Shipping:

Shipping times may vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination entered during checkout. Items may be shipped from our Australian Warehouse or from our Partnered International Warehouses depending on your checkout location.

Australia Warehouse:

• Free Standard Delivery with Tracking: Approx 3-12 business days
• $12.95 Auspost Express Delivery with Tracking: Approx 2-4 business days

Partnered International Warehouses:

• Free Delivery Worldwide with Tracking: Approx 4-16 business days

Handling:

Handling time varies depending on the product selected. Our usual handling time at BARKAHOLICS® is 2-3 business days unless item is out of stock/on back order or is being shipped from our partnered international warehouse.

Tracking:

Once the tracking number has been updated, it will take a few days for tracking info to appear and tracking number is delivered via email from Auspost or added to your order from our international warehouse. If your order has been delayed for any reason, ie: out of stock, on back order, customs clearance hold etc. Your order will be sent as soon as it becomes available.
